Coordinators, communication leads, and youth workers from Integrational e.V., IESA, and Asociația Empower Plus met in Bonn for the two-day Kick-Off Transnational Project Meeting. The consortium established internal communication channels, finalized the bi-monthly monitoring matrix, and coordinated preparations for the summer training mobility in Romania.

A2: Training Course for Youth Workers in Romania
11–16 August 2025
📍 Brașov, Romania
A 6-day intensive transnational training mobility in Romania hosted by Asociația Empower Plus. 18 youth workers (6 from Germany, 6 from Türkiye, 6 from Romania) were trained in camera drone flight setup, EU EASA flight safety regulations, environmental photography composition, and video editing to become certified community multipliers.

18 Youthpass certificates issued, outdoor flight drills successfully executed, core media production curricula established.

A3: Educational Booklet on Drones, Photography & Climate Action

A4: Local Youth Workshops in Germany, Romania, and Türkiye

📍 Bonn, Mersin & Brașov
The 18 certified youth workers returned home to facilitate grassroots workshops in their respective communities. Over 60 young people (at least 20 per country, with strong participation from youth with fewer opportunities) received hands-on training with camera drones, learned digital framing, and produced local climate storyboards.

A5: Youth Documentary Series & 360° VR Photo Exhibition

Youth participants finalized six short documentary films showcasing regional climate challenges and local community actions. Alongside the films, an interactive 360-degree Virtual Reality photo exhibition was launched on the Artsteps platform, allowing visitors worldwide to explore youth photography in 3D.

Deployment and ongoing maintenance of the central project platform by Integrational e.V. Fully accessible (WCAG AA), responsive, and hosting the downloadable booklet, documentary links, virtual exhibition, interactive consortium map, and news archive. Guaranteed active for at least 3 years post-project.

National dissemination conferences were held in Germany, Romania, and Türkiye, reaching over 60 local stakeholders, educators, and youth representatives. The consortium gathered in Mersin, Türkiye for the Final Transnational Project Meeting to review key performance indicators, finalize the Erasmus+ Final Beneficiary Report, and adopt the long-term Sustainability Plan.
